摘要 介绍了锚杆钻车钻孔试验台的组成和试验流程,分析了钻孔试验对于提升锚杆钻车可靠性的重要意义,以试验台架为研究对象,分析了顶锚试验、侧锚试验不同工况下试验台架的受力情况。建立了试验台架有限元分析模型,模拟打钻试验工况,给试验台架施加了载荷。计算了顶锚试验、侧锚试验不同工况下,试验台架应力分布,比较了应力峰值,从力学模型角度进行了原因分析,校核了试验台架强度,为提升锚杆钻车可靠性奠定了基础。 introduced the composition and test process of the drilling test bench of the anchor drill truck,The significance of drilling test for improving the reliability of anchor drill truck was analyzed,Taking the test bench as the research object,the stress of the test bench under different working conditions of top anchor test and side anchor test was analyzed.The finite element analysis model of the test bench was established,The drilling test condition is simulated and the load is applied to the test bench.The stress distribution diagram and deformation diagram of the test bench under different working conditions of top anchor drill test and lateral anchor drill test were obtained,The stress peaks were compared,and the cause analysis was carried out from the perspective of mechanical model,The strength of the test bench was checked,which laid a foundation for improving the reliability of rock bolt drilling rigs.
