摘要 随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,高地应力造成的煤矿巷道大面积变形严重制约矿井安全生产。对此,以黄陵一号煤矿809回风顺槽为研究背景,采用井下钻孔窥视与理论分析相结合的方法,确定巷道深部围岩变形破坏特征,利用支护参数经验计算公式设计了长高强度锚网索支护方案。研究结果表明,长高强度锚网索支护方案能够将巷道围岩整体变形控制在35 mm内,满足了煤矿实际生产需求。 With the continuous increase of mine mining depth,the large area deformation of coal mine roadway caused by high ground stress seriously restricts the safety production of coal mine.In this regard,based on the research background of809 return air mining roadway in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,the deformation and failure characteristics of deep surrounding rock of roadway are determined by using the method of combination of underground drilling peep and theoretical analysis,and the long high strength bolt mesh anchor support scheme is designed by using the empirical calculation formula of support parameters.The results show that:the long high strength bolt mesh anchor support scheme can control the overall deformation of roadway surrounding rock within 35 mm,which meets the actual production demand of coal mine.
