摘要
利用Pro/E完成CMM1-30整机结构建模,对钻机关键部分进行静力学、模态分析,绘制臂架等效应力云图、模态振型图。通过应力云图校核了其臂架结构符合强度要求。通过振型图,获取了臂架的前5阶固有频率和振型,将钻机固有频率与各激振源频率进行对比,得到其工作时不会发生共振,此外,通过Workbench的拓扑优化对臂架结构进行轻量化设计,为后续的改进设计提供理论依据。
The prototype of CMM1-30 was completed by Pro/E. The static and modal analysis of the key parts of the drilling rig was carried out, and the equivalent stress cloud diagram and mode shape diagram of the boom were drawn. The stress cloud diagram checks the strength of the boom structure to meet the strength requirements. Through the vibration pattern diagram, the first five natural frequencies and vibration modes of the boom were obtained, and the natural frequency of the drilling rig was compared with the frequency of each excitation source, so that resonance does not occur during operation, and the boom structure was optimized by the Workbench topology for the lightweight design,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent improvements.
