摘要
文章分析影响新型智库成果产出的多种因素及其组态路径,为促进新型智库成果产出提供借鉴。从交流合作、运行机制、发展环境、人才队伍等方面选取交流互动、媒体合作、建设规划、成果考核、经费保障、转化平台、科研人员、后备人才等影响因素,采用清晰集定性比较分析法对湖北11家新型智库进行考察。研究发现:新型智库高成果产出存在7条组合路径,可归纳为3种类型:强成果考核和强科研人员、强交流互动和强后备人才、强媒体合作;低成果产出存在4条组合路径,且与高成果产出之间存在非对称性。
By analyzing various factors and configuration paths that affect the outputs of new think tanks,this pa⁃per provides references for new think tanks to promote their outputs.In the aspects of communication and coopera⁃tion,work mechanism,development environment and professionals,this paper conducts a crisp-set QCA(Quali⁃tative Comparative Analysis)on 11 new think tanks from Hubei province,focusing on eight influencing factors such as interaction,media cooperation,development and planning,achievement assessment,funding,transfor⁃mation platform,professionals,and reserve forces of personnel.There are seven combination paths to producing high outputs from new think tanks,which fall into three categories:strong performance assessment plus competent researchers,strong interaction plus deep talent pools,strong media cooperation,and four combination paths to yielding low outputs.Meanwhile,there is an asymmetry between the low and high outputs.
