固废煤矸石水稳混合料力学性能分析

摘要 为了利用大量工业废物-煤矸石,文中采用了多中的破碎方式对煤矸石进行加工处理,并且得到的碎石能够应用于水泥稳定碎石基层中作为骨料使用;也对水泥稳定煤矸石进行了配合比设计,试验结果表明,经过深加工的煤矸石碎石能应用于水泥稳定碎石基层中,填补了我国煤矸石在公路水稳基层中应用的空白。 In order to utilize a large amount of industrial waste-coal gangue, this research uses many crushing methods to process the original coal gangue, and the obtained crushed stone can be used as aggregate in cement stabilized crushed stone base layer;also for cement Stabilized coal gangue has been designed with a mix ratio, and the design results have reached the standard test results. The deeply processed coal gangue crushed stone can be used in cement stabilized crushed stone base, and fills the gap in the application of coal gangue in highway water-stable base.
