摘要
煤矸石路用性能的研究,对于煤矸石的消耗,减少污染有重要的意义。以掺量为4%、5%和6%水泥稳定煤矸石作为研究对象,进行无侧限抗压强度试验,并结合核磁共振试验对水泥稳定煤矸石孔隙密度和孔隙体积的变化,分析强度的形成。通过干缩试验、温缩试验和冻融循环试验,研究了低掺量水泥稳定煤矸石的耐久性。结果表明,水泥稳定煤矸石7d无侧限抗压强度可以满足高速公路对基层材料的要求;水泥掺量的增加,可以降低水泥稳定煤矸石内部孔隙体积,提高密实度;干缩系数随龄期增长逐渐变大,后期趋于稳定;低温条件下水泥稳定煤矸石温缩应变较大,水泥掺量5%的抗温缩性能最佳;冻融循环5次后,水泥稳定煤矸石强度保证率都保持在90%左右,水泥剂量的增加有利于提高抗冻性能。
The study on the performance of the coal gangue road has important significance to the consumption of the coal gangue and reducing the pollution.The cement stabilized coal gangue with 4%,5%and 6%dosage was used as the research object,and unconfined compressive strength tests were carried out.The pore density and pore volume of cement stabilized coal gangue were analyzed through the NMR test.The durability of low-content cement stabilized coal gangue was studied by the dry shrinkage test,temperature shrinkage test,and freeze-thaw cycle test.The result showed that the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of the cement stabilized coal gangue could meet the requirements of highways for base materials.The increase of the cement content could reduce the pore volume inside the cement stabilized coal gangue,and improve the compactness.The shrinkage coefficient gradually increased with the age increasing,and tended to be stable in the later period.Under low temperature conditions,the cement stabilized coal gangue had a large temperature shrinkage strain,which showed the best performance when the cement content was 5%.After five freeze-thaw cycles,the strength guarantee rate of the cement stabilized coal gangue was maintained at about 90%,and the increase in cement dosage was beneficial to improve the antifreeze performance.
