摘要
吉林省长余高速公路旧基层所用材料二灰碎石中含有大量的优质砂石资源,将道路改造和扩建过程中产生的回收二灰碎石应用到道路工程中。因此,对水泥稳定回收二灰碎石的物理性能进行了研究。该材料力学性能良好,能够满足路面设计对无机结合料稳定类基层的要求;该材料在环境干燥时,应采取洒水措施;该材料温缩应变随着温度的降低呈现先降低后升高的趋势;水泥稳定回收二灰碎石基层在经过10次冻融循环后的BDR仍能满足要求。
The lime and fly ash gravel material used in the old base course of the Changyu Expressway in Jilin Province contains a large amount of high-quality sand and gravel resources.The recovered lime and fly ash gravel produced during the road reconstruction and expansion process are applied to road engineering.Therefore,the mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and frost resistance of recycled stabilized cement lime and fly ash gravel are studied.Finally,the results can be obtained:the material has good mechanical properties,which can meet the requirements of pavement design for inorganic binder stable base;the material should be sprinkled with water when the environment is dry;The temperature shrinkage strain of material decreases first and then increases as the temperature decreases;BDR of recycled stabilized cement lime and fly ash gravel base material can still meet the requirements after 10 freeze-thaw cycles.
