共振碎石化沥青路面结构拼接方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 伴随国内交通需求持续增加,高等级公路实施改扩建逐渐增多。为保障运营,拓宽新建路面结构与既有路面结构的整体协调显得尤为重要。依托G318沪青平公路上海段改扩建工程,选取不同的路面结构进行拼接研究,建立有限元数值模型,明确2种路面结构在荷载作用下的应力特性,并分析2种路面结构的经济性。研究结果表明:新建结构采用共振碎石化水泥混凝土基层,在新、老结构拼接位置的结构应力分布均匀;而采用半刚性水稳基层结构进行搭接,则在搭接处出现明显的应力突变,更容易产生病害。前者方案的造价高于后者17%,考虑到路面使用寿命和舒适性,从全寿命周期角度论证,得出前者的路面结构方案更合理。研究结果对于G318改扩建工程及类似工程的顺利实施具有重要意义。 With the continuous increase of domestic traffic demand,the implementation of reconstruction&expansion of high-grade highways is gradually increasing.In order to ensure the operation,it is particularly important to broaden the overall coordination between the new pavement structure&the existing pavement structure.Relying on the reconstruction&expansion project of the Shanghaisection of the G318 Huqingping Highway,different pavement structures are selected for splicing research,and a finite element numerical model is established to clarify the stress characteristics of the two pavement structures under load,and analyze the economy of the two pavement structures.The results show that the new structure adopts resonance crushed cement concrete base,and the structural stress distribution is uniform at the joint position of new and old structures.However,if the semi-rigid water stabilized base structure is used for lapping,there will be obvious stress mutation at the lapping place,which is more likely to cause disease.The cost of the former scheme is 17%higher than that of the latter.Considering the service life and comfort of the pavement,it is concluded that the former pavement structure scheme is more reasonable from the perspective of the whole life cycle.The research results are of great significance for the smooth implementation of G318 reconstruction&expansion project and similar projects.
