摘要
气动截止阀在工作时,活塞的上端有剩余的压缩气体,如果不能快速排掉,则对活塞上行产生阻尼,活塞移动速度不快,阀门也就不能快速开启。现有的技术不能达到活塞的快速上升,实现不了活塞上面的压缩空气必须在0.015 s内排除的技术难题。为了现有技术的不足,提供一种可以快速开启、性能稳定、适用高温环境下的气动截止阀。
When the pneumatic stop valve is working,there is residual compressed gas at the upper end of the piston.If it cannot be discharged quickly,it will damp the upward movement of the piston.If the piston moves slowly,the valve cannot be opened quickly.The existing technology can not achieve the rapid rise of the piston in 015.0 seconds,which must be eliminated.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art,a pneumatic stop valve with fast opening,stable performance and suitable for high temperature environment is provided.
