摘要
在工业阀门选型的初期,蝶阀因为其结构长度最短、重量相对较轻、生产制造的成本相对较低,一般均用在口径偏大的管道中。随着工业发展的需要,对阀门在开关速度、密封性能等方面也逐渐提出了更高的要求。尤其是在范围比较狭窄的位置上,闸阀、截止阀、球阀等种类阀门因为结构长度限制,往往不能被选用。近几年来,蝶阀也越来越多的受到终端用户的青睐。然而,软密封蝶阀受工况温度、颗粒介质等条件的限制,往往只能用来切断洁净且温度不高的水、气等介质;偏心蝶阀能解决上述问题,但是因其扭矩比软密封大很多,偌大的执行器经常限制了其发挥重要作用。本文重点介绍一种新型超低温[1]零摩擦密封补偿式蝶阀,不仅具备偏心蝶阀耐温、颗粒切断的能力,其次开关所需的扭矩只有常规偏心蝶阀的1/4左右,在工况苛刻[2]的切断阀中有着很大的优势。
In the early stage of industrial valve selection,butterfly valve is generally used in large diam-eter pipeline because of its shortest structure length,relatively light weight and relatively low manufac-turing cost.With the development of industry,the valve in the switch speed,sealing performance and so on has gradually put forward higher requirements.Especially in the relatively narrow range of posi-tions,gate valves,globe valves,ball valves and other types of valves because of structural length restric-tions,often can not be selected in recent years,butterfly valve is also more and more favored by end-users.However,due to the limitation of operating conditions such as temperature and granular medium,the soft-sealed butterfly valve can only be used to cut off the clean and low-temperature water and gas,but its torque is much larger than that of the soft seal,and its important role is often limited by the large actuator.This paper mainly introduces a new type of Cryogenic[1]non-friction sealing compen-sating butterfly valve,not only has the ability of eccentric butterfly valve temperature resistance,particle cut-off,and then the torque required to switch only about 1/4 of the conventional eccentric butterfly valve,in the harsh working conditions[2]of the cut-ff valve has a great advantage.
