摘要
针对航空航天领域的特种试验装置使用的三超截止阀的相关技术进行研究,介绍了材料高温蠕变性能、超声速振动噪声发生机理及控制方法、流体动力学等基础理论研究,以及主要部件物理量耦合数值分析。对产品结构设计技术进行介绍,其核心技术主要体现在:内件(阀座、阀芯、阀杆)及隔热套管的选材及处理工艺,特别是耐温2000℃的钽钨合金、钽铌合金或钨铜合金,为防止高温氧化,在组装前要进行真空镀铱;阀体隔热及阀座、阀芯冷却结构设计;执行机构的设计与选择,对超高压阀门设计了高低压双气缸双排放特殊结构;阻尼缓冲机构的设计,设计了液压、弹簧、节流锥三种阻尼结构,收到良好使用效果。
This article researches on the relevant technologies of the three-ultra globe valves used in special testing devices in the aerospace field.It conducted basic theoretical research,including research on the high-temperature creep performance of materials,research on the mechanism and control methods of supersonic vibration noise,fluid dynamics research,and numerical analysis of physical quantity coupling of main components.It introduces the technology of product structure design,which is the key to the success of product research and development.Its core technology is mainly reflected in the selection and treatment process of internal components(valve seat,valve core,valve stem)and insulation sleeve,especially tantalum tungsten alloy,tantalum niobium alloy,or tungsten copper alloy with a temperature resistance of 2000℃,should be vacuum plated with iridium before assembly to prevent high-temperature oxidation.Design of both valve body insulation structure and design of cooling structure for valve seat and disc.The design and selection of the actuator have included a special structure of high and low pressure dual cylinder dual discharge for ultra-high pressure valves.The design of the damping buffer mechanism includes three damping structures:hydraulic,spring,and throttle cone,which have achieved excellent performance in practical working conditions.
