摘要
针对一起330 kV GIS停电检修后在母线充电过程中发生导体对壳体放电的故障,通过外观检查、电气试验、气体检测、解体分析、返厂检测、仿真计算等方法,结合建设安装时的情况,综合判断故障原因是母线筒内部本身存在异物,母线充电后异物在电场力等综合力的作用下发生运动位移,最终运动至盆式绝缘子附近造成导体屏蔽罩对壳体法兰气隙击穿放电。并针对后续设备运维工作提出了建议措施。
Based on the results from visual inspection,electrical test,gas detection disassembling analysis,factory test and simulation,the cause for a 330 kV GIS bus conductor discharge to the housing during charging after maintenance is determined that the movement of foreign body in the bus tube under electrical field force and other forces close to the basin-type insulator result in the breakdown of the gap between the conductor's shielding casing and the housing flange and the discharge,and then advices are given for future operation and maintenance of the bus.
