摘要
针对一起光伏电站箱式油浸变压器内部多点放电故障案例进行分析。通过现场试验与油样色谱分析,逐步排查箱式变压器内部短路故障原因,最后通过对变压器揭盖检查,查明该故障为箱式变压器内部结构设计缺陷引起,并提出了改进措施。实际运行情况证明了该变压器技术升级改造后满足现场安全生产需求。
A case of a multi-point discharge fault of the box-type oil-immersed transformer in a photovoltaic power station is analyzed.By the field test and the dissolved gas analysis of the oil sample,the cause of the internal short-circuit fault of the box-type transformer was investigated step by step.Finally,it was found that the fault was caused by the internal structural design defect of the box-type transformer by visual inspection of the transformer,and improvement measures were proposed.The actual operation condition proved that the technical upgrade and modification of the transformer can meet the requirements of field work safety.
