摘要
热障涂层技术是先进航空发动机和地面燃气轮机实现高效率、低排放和长寿命的重要技术手段。系统总结了传统热障涂层材料、制备方法、失效机理等方面的研究进展,同时,着重讨论了新型热障涂层材料、热障涂层制备新工艺、热障涂层新结构形式的研究现状及存在不足。最后,对热障涂层材料的研究趋势进行了展望.
Thermal barrier coating technology is an important technical means for advanced aero-engines and ground gas turbines to achieve high efficiency,low emissions and long life.The research progresses of traditional thermal barrier coating materials,preparation methods and failure mechanisms were systematically summarized.Furthermore,the research status and deficiencies of new coating materials,preparation processes and microstructures for thermal barrier coatings were discussed emphatically.Finally,the research trend of thermal barrier coating materials was prospected.
