摘要
该文介绍了一种超级抗氧化以及抗剥落的AlCoCrFeNiYHf高熵合金.与传统NiCoCrAlY合金相比,该合金表现出极其慢的氧化速率,其氧化速率常数(2.32×10-13 g 2 cm-4 s-1)下降超过一个数量级.氧化膜主要由α-Al 2O 3及少量偏析在α-Al 2O 3晶界处的活性元素氧化物构成.平滑且干净的氧化膜与基体有良好的界面结合.总而言之,极低的氧化膜生长速率和优异的界面结合使得AlCoCrFeNiYHf高熵合金具有优异的抗剥落性能.
In this study,we report a type of ultra oxidation and spallation resistant AlCoCrFeNiYHf high-entropy alloy(HEA).The alloy exhibits a significantly lower oxidation rate at 1100℃with a k p value of about 2.32×10-13 g 2 cm-4 s-1,which is one magnitude lower than those of the conventional NiCoCrAlY alloys.The oxide scale formed on the HEA predominantly consists ofα-Al 2O 3 with minor quantity of reactive elements oxides atα-Al 2O 3grain boundaries.The smooth and clean oxide/substrate interface ensures a strong interfacial bonding.Both the slow oxidation rate and the good interfacial adhesion contribute to the superior spallation resistance.
