摘要
以鄂州花湖机场转运中心主楼工程为例,从深化设计管理、施工生产管理以及造价与交付管理等方面出发,阐述BIM技术在大型货运机场项目施工管理中的具体应用情况,分析BIM技术在施工管理中的应用成效。结果表明,高精度的BIM模型是数字化施工管理的应用基础,模型构件编码结构、多维度属性信息赋值等应用标准可有效搭建三维信息模型与质量验评、计量支付之间的应用通道,在施工管理过程中有很高的应用价值。
Taking the main building project of Huahu airport transfer center in Ezhou as an example,from the aspects of deepening design management,construction production management,cost and delivery management,this paper expounds the specific application of BIM technology in large-scale cargo airport project construction management,and analyzes the application effect of BIM technology in construction management.The results show that the high-precision BIM model is the application basis of digital construction management,and the application standards such as model component coding structure and multi-dimensional attribute information assignment can effectively build the application channel between 3D information model and quality inspection and evaluation,measurement and payment,which has high application value in the process of construction management.
