摘要
在鄂州花湖机场转运中心主楼工程中,为解决各专业深化体量大、协同要求高,模型精度要求高、属性信息多,深化时间紧、软件优化不佳等问题,基于BIM技术全专业、高精度深化模型,阐述BIM技术在大型项目深化设计应用中的实施流程。基于BIM技术拆分并深化现浇混凝土结构、钢结构、建筑内装、机电等,并进行图纸审查,复核单专业、多专业设计图纸,并审核标段间的合模,解决设计图纸错误、碰撞、优化等问题,通过多方会审深化成果,有效保证成果质量,使现场交底、施工、验收更加高效、准确。
In the main building project of Ezhou Huahu Airport Transfer Center in Hubei Province, in order to solve the problems of large deepening volume, high coordination requirements, high model accuracy requirements, multiple attribute information, tight deepening time and poor software optimization, based on the BIM technology full-professional and high-precision deepening model, the implementation process of BIM technology in the detailed design and application of large-scale projects is expounded. And based on BIM technology, the splitting and deepening of the cast-in-place concrete structure, steel structure, building interior, electromechanical devices, etc. were implemented and drawing review, the review of single and multiple professional design drawings, the audition of matched molds between sections were carried out to solve problems such as design drawings errors, collisions, optimization, etc. Through multi-party joint examination of the deepening results, the quality of the results can be effectively ensured, and the on-site disclosure, construction, and acceptance can be more efficient and accurate.
