摘要
我国社会进入新发展阶段,产业升级和经济结构调整对技术技能人才的需求更加凸显,对于技术技能人才的培养面临新一轮挑战。根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的要求,高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度工作,对如何培养高素质技术技能人才进行了深入研究,针对研究的重点难点、关键问题、实施路径等,取得了一定经验和成果,有效推动职业教育院校专业链与产业链精准对接。
China’s society has entered a new stage of development. The demand of industrial upgrading and economic structure adjustment for technical and skilled personnel is becoming more prominent, and the training of technical and skilled personnel is facing a new round of challenges. According to the requirements of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,colleges and universities start "academic certificate + several vocational skill level certificate" system, research how to cultivate highquality technical skills personnel, and has obtained certain experience and achievements in the research of the key difficulties, key problems and implementation path, effectively promoting the accurate docking between vocational education colleges professional chain and industrial chain.
