摘要
随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和城市化建设的加快推进,房地产事业逐渐受到社会各界的重视。同时,房建工程的规模不断扩大,但是其复杂的施工流程给施工管理带来了一定困难。因此,施工单位应在施工管理中有效落实精细化管理,加强各环节施工质量,为房建工程的安全提供有力保障。本文以房建工程项目为切入点,探究其施工管理现状,并结合实际工程分析如何有效运用精细化管理,旨在为房建工程施工管理人员提供借鉴和参考。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the real estate industry has gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society.At the same time,the scale of building engineering continues to expand,but its complex construction process has brought some difficulties to construction management.Therefore,construction units can effectively implement fine management in construction management to strengthen the construction quality of each link and provide strong guarantee for the safety of building engineering.Taking the building engineering project as the breakthrough point,this paper explores the current situation of construction management,and analyzes how to effectively use fine management based on practical engineering,aiming to provide reference for the construction management personnel of building engineering.
