摘要
为提高房建工程管理水平,提升房建工程施工质量,文章对精细化管理模式的应用展开了研究,分析了精细化管理的概念与具体应用。同时,以某高层建筑工程为例,通过编制精细化管理大纲、精细化管理手册以及构建精细化考核评价体系等路径,对工程管理进行了细化,优化了现场资源的配置,以期为相关工程提供参考。
In order to improve the management level of housing construction projects and enhance the construction quality,this article conducts research on the application of refined management mode,analyzes the concept and specific application of refined management.At the same time,taking a high-rise building project as an example,by formulating a refined management outline,a refined management manual,and constructing a refined assessment and evaluation system,the project management is refined and the allocation of on-site resources is optimized,in order to provide reference for related projects.
