建设工程项目施工阶段冲突影响因素——基于ISM+MICMAC分析

摘要 为能够有效应对建设工程项目在施工阶段产生的冲突事件,通过文献查阅,初步确定影响项目顺利施工的15个冲突因素,进而通过专家咨询和预调研的方法合并筛选,采用统计软件进行分析,最终确定12项影响项目顺利施工的冲突影响因素。运用解释结构模型揭示了各因素之间的逻辑关系,并用交叉矩阵相乘法进行验证分析。结果表明,解释结构模型和交叉矩阵相乘法在影响因素的结果上一致,从而证明了分析过程的合理性和科学性。根据解释结构模型的底层影响因素,结合建设工程项目施工的具体情况,分别从互适性平衡模式和员工素质培训等方面给施工管理人员提出了相关建议。 In order to effectively deal with the conflict events in the construction stage of the construction project,15 conflict factors affecting the smooth construction of the project are preliminarily determined through the method of literature review,then combined and screened through the method of expert consultation and pre investigation,and analyzed by statistical software. Finally,12 conflict factors affecting the smooth construction of the construction project are determined. The logical relationship between each factor is revealed by using the explanatory structure model,and verified and analyzed by cross matrix multiplication. The results show that the interpretation structure model and the multiplication of cross matrix are consistent in the results of influencing factors,which proves the rationality and scientificity of the analysis process. Finally,according to the underlying influencing factors of the interpretation structure model and combined with the specific situation of the construction project,relevant suggestions are put forward to the construction management personnel from aspects of mutual adaptability balance mode,staff quality training and physical examination.
