摘要
在工程项目全寿命周期内,冲突问题伴随项目始终。分析了项目从发起、建设和运营等各个重要阶段冲突的来源,从4个角度对这些冲突来源进行了分类,尤其是首次引进了按冲突动机特性对项目冲突进行分类,丰富了项目冲突研究的内容。根据项目冲突的多视角分类,深入分析了冲突影响项目绩效的主要机制和路径,揭示了冲突效应所具有的两面性对项目绩效的影响。这些成果对于研究冲突管理在项目管理中的重要作用,进一步丰富冲突理论的内涵具有较为重要的意义,同时也为如何治理工程项目中的冲突提供了一些新的思路。
Conflict is accompanied with the project＇s life cycle. In this paper,the origin of the conflict in different stages including project launching,entity building and operating is analyzed thoroughly. Then,the conflicts mentioned in this paper are categorized in four principles which are probably in domain,attributes,even motivation and genesis. It points out that the conflicts are categorized in motivation for the first time which is extensively enlarged the conflict theory. According to the categories of conflict,the mechanism and influence path of conflict to project performance are investigated profoundly. The project performance is varied by conflict effect characterized in multi-facet feature. The conclusion achieved in this study is significantly sensible for conflict management problem in project management,which can also be regarded as a guide for how to governance the project effectively.
