摘要
目的探究麻杏石甘汤结合西药治疗小儿荨麻疹的效果及对患儿血清学指标的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2020年9月前来我院接受治疗的80例荨麻疹患儿,经随机数字表法将其分为麻杏石甘汤组(麻杏石甘汤+常规西药治疗)与对照组(常规西药治疗),各40例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平显著降低,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著升高,且麻杏石甘汤组的血清IL-4、IgE水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的风团数目、风团大小、风团发生次数、瘙痒程度评分均显著降低,且麻杏石甘汤组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组每次风团持续时间显著缩短,皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分显著降低,且麻杏石甘汤组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤联合左西替利嗪治疗小儿荨麻疹的效果确切,可改善患儿的炎症反应指标及临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of urticaria in children and its influence on serological indexes.Methods A total of 80 children with urticaria who came to our hospital for treatment from June 2017 to September 2020 were selected and divided into Maxing Shigan decoction group(Maxing Shigan decoction+conventional western medicine treatment)and control group(conventional western medicine treatment)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the two groups decreased significantly,the level of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)increased significantly,the levels of serum IL-4 and IgE in the Maxing Shigan decoction group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of number,size,frequency of wheal and the degree of pruritus in the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the Maxing Shigan decoction group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of each wheal in the two groups significantly shortened,the score of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)decreased significantly,and those in the Maxing Shigan decoction group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction combined with levocetirizine is effective in the treatment of urticaria in children,which can improve the inflammatory reaction indexes and clinical symptoms of children,and improve the quality of life,wiht high safety.
