摘要
目的系统评价玉屏风散联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性与安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、EMbase、CNKI数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库,搜集玉屏风散联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的随机对照试验,检索时限均2001年1月—2020年11月。由2位评价员独立进行文献筛选、提取资料并且评价所有纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个RCT,包括1078例患者。Meta分析结果显示:总有效率差异有统计学意义[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.12,1.26)P<0.0001],试验组高于对照组。不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义[RR=0.86,95%CI(0.49,1.51)P=0.60]。结论玉屏风散联合左西替利嗪可有效治疗慢性荨麻疹,安全性良好。
Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Data and CBM were searched to collect randomized controlled Trials(RCTS)of Yupingfeng powder combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria from January 2001 to November 2020.Two reviewers screened literatures,extracted data,and assessed risk of bias of included studies independently.Then,Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 10 RCTs were included,including 1078 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the difference in total effective rate was statistically significant[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.12,1.26)P<0.0001],and the experimental group was higher than the control group.There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.86,95%CI(0.49,1.51)P=0.60].Conclusion Yupingfeng powder combined with levocetirizine can effectively treat chronic urticaria with good safety.
