摘要
测度黄河流域沿线9省(区)农业环境效率对黄河流域生态环境质量改善以及农业高质量发展具有重要意义。以农业生产过程中的碳排放量作为非期望产出,以农业生产总产值作为期望产出,采用非期望产出视角下非径向、非角度的SBM模型测度并分析黄河流域沿线9省(区)2009—2019年的农业环境效率。结果表明,黄河流域沿线9省(区)的农业环境效率相对偏低,仍存在较大的提升空间,且省份间存在较大差异。为此,黄河流域沿线各省(区)要转变农业生产经营方式,强化农业科技创新与农业生产基础设施建设,加强农业生态保护,为黄河流域的高质量发展奠定基础。
The measurement of the agricultural environmental efficiency of the 9 provinces(regions)along the Yellow River Basin is of great significance to the quality improvement of the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin and the high-quality development of agriculture.This study takes the carbon emissions in the process of agricultural production as the unexpected output and the total output value of agricultural production as the expected output,using the non radial and non angular SBM model from the perspective of unexpected output to measure and analyze the agricultural environmental efficiency of the 9 provinces(regions)from 2009 to 2019.The results show that the agricultural environmental efficiency of the nine provinces(regions)is relatively low,there is still a large room for improvement,and there are big differences between provinces.Therefore,the provinces(regions)along the Yellow River Basin should transform their agricultural production and management methods,strengthen agricultural scientific and technological innovation and agricultural production infrastructure construction,and reinforce agricultural ecological protection,to lay solid foundation for the high-quality development.
