摘要
粮食种植生态效率综合体现了粮食种植和生态环境保护两个方面的指标。本文以2000~2020年全国31个省份的面板数据为研究对象,采用超效率SBM模型和固定效应模型探究农药零增长行动对粮食种植生态效率的驱动机制。研究结论有三个:(1)农药零增长行动对粮食种植生态效率的提高有显著的正向作用;(2)粮食主产区和产销平衡区中农药零增长行动有效提升了粮食种植生态效率,在主销区中两者关系不显著;(3)在农药零增长行动对粮食种植生态效率的影响过程中,农药施用量起到了中介作用。国家应该因地制宜地制定相关环境保护政策,促进粮食种植生态效率的提高。
The ecological efficiency of grain planting comprehensively reflects two indexes of grain planting and ecological environment protection.In this paper,we took the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2020 as the research object.The super efficiency SBM model and fixed effect model were used to explore the driving mechanism of pesticide zero growth action on grain planting eco-efficiency.The study concluded that:①Pesticide zero growth action had a significant positive effect on the improvement of ecological efficiency of grain planting.②The pesticide zero growth action in main grain producing areas and balanced production and marketing areas improved the ecological eficiency of grain planting efectively,while the relationship between the two in main sales areas was not significant.③In the process of the impact of the zero growth action of pesticides on the ecological fficiency of grain cultivation,the amount of pesticide application played a mediating role.The state should formulate relevant environmental protection policies according to local conditions to promote the improvement of the ecological efficiency of grain planting.
