摘要
目的测算2019年帕金森病(PD)患者的疾病负担,与本课题组2009年调查结果进行对比,分析十年间PD患者疾病负担的变化情况,并探究其影响因素。方法对200例PD患者进行问卷调查,收集患者的基本资料和2019年1月至2019年12月发生的PD相关费用。应用Mann-Whitney、Kruskal-Wallis单因素检验和多元线性回归分析PD患者经济负担的影响因素。结果2019年,PD患者的年人均经济负担为18851.37元,占年人均收入之比为38.50%,较2009年经济负担(以2019年为基准进行居民消费价格指数贴现)增长了3.67%,主要是直接经济负担增长7.85%,其中药品费用增幅为48.79%。单因素和多元回归分析显示,疾病严重程度、病程及门诊就诊次数对PD患者的疾病经济负担的影响有统计学意义。结论PD患者经济负担较重。患者疾病严重程度、病程及门诊就诊次数等因素在不同程度上影响着经济负担。
Objective To measure the economic burden of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)in 2019,compare with the research conducted in 2009 of our project group,and then explore its influential factors.Methods A total of 200 PD patients were investigated about basic information and PD related expenditure during the whole year of 2019.Mann-Whitney test,Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple linear regression were conducted to explore influential factors for economic burden.Results In 2019,annual economic burden for PD patients was 18851.37 RMB per capita,accounting for 38.50% of annual per capita income,and increased 3.67% comparing with that in 2009(discounted on the basis of Consumer Price Index in 2019),which was mainly caused by the increase of direct economic burden.Among the direct economic burden,the medicine expenditure has increased 48.79%.Univariate analysis and multiple regression analysis showed that disease progress,disease duration and amount of outpatient service had significant influences to total economic burden.Conclusions The economic burden of PD patients is still relatively heavy.And disease progress,disease duration and amount of outpatient service are significant influential factors for economic burden among PD patients.
