摘要 慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)是一种复杂的多系统疾病,其特征主要包括慢性疲劳持续或反复发作、疼痛、神经认知障碍以及劳累后不适等。CFS的发病机制目前尚未明确,可能与免疫、神经内分泌和能量代谢等相关,而参与CFS发病的因素可能受微RNA、DNA甲基化、蛋白质磷酸化以及组蛋白修饰等表观遗传修饰的影响。因此,深入研究CFS的表观遗传学机制,并通过表观遗传修饰探索CFS各发病因素之间的相互作用,可以为CFS的诊治及预防提供新思路。 Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a complex,multi-system disease that is characterized by persistent or recurrent chronic fatigue,pain,neurocognitive impairments and post-exertional malaise.The clear pathogenesis is not identified,which may be related to immune,neuroendocrine and energy metabolism mechanisms,while the factors involved in the pathogenesis of CFS may be affected by microRNA,DNA methylation,protein phosphorylation and histone modification effects of epigenetic modification.Therefore,in-depth study of the epigenetic mechanism of CFS and exploration of the interaction between various pathogenic factors of CFS through epigenetic modification can provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of CFS.
