摘要
以三氯卡班(TCC)为模板分子,1,3,5-三醛基间苯三酚(Tp)为功能单体,通过席夫碱反应制备TCC-TpPa分子印迹开管柱,并对其结构、吸附、分离性能进行表征。结果表明,毛细管柱内壁键合2.0~2.6μm的分子印迹共价有机骨架固定相,柱外吸附容量和印迹因子可达32 mg/g和2.3。以三氯生(TCS)为竞争吸附物,以10%(V/V)乙腈-90%(V/V)磷酸盐为样品溶剂,pH 7.0的20 mmol/L磷酸盐为缓冲溶液,20 kV为分离电压,TCC和TCS的分离度为2.76。以TCC,TCS,4-间氯苯二酚和对氯间二甲基苯酚为目标分析物,评价TCC-TpPa开管柱印迹性能,在最佳条件下,4种物质完全分离。TCC-TpPa分子印迹开管柱可用于实际样品中TCC含量的测定。
The TCC-TpPa molecularly imprinted open-tube column was prepared through Schiff base reaction by using Triclocarban(TCC)as the template molecule and 1,3,5-trialdehyde phloroglucinol(Tp)as the functional monomer.The structure,adsorption ability and separation performance of the prepared open-tube column were characterized.The results showed that the adsorption capacity and imprinting factor outside the column could reach32 mg/g and 2.3 when the inner wall of the capillary column was bonded with 2.0-2.6μm layer of the molecularly imprinted covalent organic framework stationary phase.The optimized conditions were using triclosan(TCS)as the competitive adsorbent,10%acetonitrile-90%phosphate as the sample solvent,20 mmol/L phosphate of pH 7.0 as the buffer solution,and 20 k V as the separation voltage.The resolution of TCC and TCS was 2.76.Meanwhile,the imprinting performance of TCC-TpPa open-tube column was evaluated with TCC,TCS,4-resorcinol and pchloromethane phenol as the target analytes.The results showed that the four substances were completely separated under the optimized conditions.The TCC-TpPa molecularly imprinted open-tube column could be used for the determination of TCC content in actual samples.
