摘要 针对无接触配送中订单丢失如何赔偿的问题,采用系统动力学方法,构建了无接触配送系统仿真模型,对不同订单丢失率下无接触配送模式的收益、消费者满意度等指标进行模拟分析,并提出无接触配送优化建议,仿真结果验证了建议的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of how to compensate for the loss of orders in contactless distribution, a simulation model of contactless distribution system was constructed by using the method of system dynamics. The income, consumer satisfaction and other indicators of contactless distribution mode under different order loss rates were simulated and analyzed, and the optimization suggestions of contactless distribution were put forward. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the suggestions.
