摘要 根据杭州城市生态环境系统的实际情况,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立生态环境质量评价指标体系,通过对各评价因子进行权重计算和分级量化,利用综合评价模型对杭州生态环境质量进行评价,结果表明,杭州市从1999年到2004年,城市生态环境质量虽有较小起伏,但总体仍为上升,呈良好发展趋势.文章最后根据各项指标存在的问题提出实现杭州城市可持续发展的对策,为杭州城市生态环境管理和建设提供科学依据. Based on the current ecological circumstances in Hangzhou city, this paper adopts the AHP approach in constructing the evaluation system for ecological environment quality. Using weight calculation and grade quantification for a variety of influencing factors, the Hangzhou ecologic circumstances are evaluated with the proposed integral model. The results indicate that from 1999 to 2004 the ecological quality has gone through some ups-and-downs, but has been improving in general with good momentum. Some problems shown in indices are also identified and corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the sustainable development of Hangzhou. It is expected that this research will offer some scientific basics for the Hangzhou municipal construction and city management.
