摘要
"环境质量综合指数"是建设全面小康社会的"一票否决"指标,也是衡量地区环境质量的重要指标。环境质量指数是借鉴股价指数及物价指数的分析技术,将其应用于环境保护领域,把环境保护的最终成果以环境质量指数表示。漯河市环境质量指数的监测统计工作已开展10年,"十一五"期间漯河市环境质量指数是依据水、空气、噪声质量分指数统计计算,"十一五期间"环境质量指数与生产总值同步增长。
