摘要
环境质量评价是区域研究的一个重要内容 ,是制定区域发展战略的重要依据之一。当前环境质量评价主要在环保部门进行 ,以评价区域综合环境质量为主。文章根据国内外主要评价方法 ,结合区域具体情况对这些评价方法进行了新的探讨 ,以长江中游湖北省域为案例区进行了实证分析。研究认为 ,人类活动是影响区域环境质量的根本因素 ,特别是人类的规模性活动 ,如城市发展、人口增长等因素与区域环境质量呈负相关 ;另一方面 ,地貌类型、气候等自然属性的因素又决定着人类生存的状况和活动范围 ,故是环境变化的诱导因子之一 。
As an important research content in the field of regional study, the assessment of regional environmental quality is the basic precondition for setting up regional development strategy. Currently the assessment of regional environmental quality is studied mostly in some environmental department. Based on the different methods for the assessment of regional environmental quality, this paper attempts to develop some new approaches with a case study of Hubei Province as an example.The most important causation that affects the regional environmental quality is man made factor, city′s extension and population explosion etc. which is devastating human living environment. In other hand, natural diathesis such as physiognomy, climate etc.decides mankind′s vivosphere and they are another important factors on environment change.
