摘要
目的:探讨伊立替康联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年7月莒县中医医院收治的88例晚期食管癌患者作为观察组,同时选取2019年1-12月收治的88例晚期食管癌患者作为对照组。对照组给予5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,观察组给予伊立替康联合顺铂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、ⅢB期及Ⅳ期总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8免疫指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伊立替康联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of irinotecan combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced esophagealcancer.Methods:From August 2020 to July 2021,88 patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were treated in JuxianHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation group,and 88 patients with advanced esophagealcancer who were treated from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group.The control group was given 5-fluorouracil combined with cisplatin,and the observation group was given irinotecan combined with cisplatin.The therapeuticeffects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate,the total effective rate of stage IIIB and stageIV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 immune indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group aftertreatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in thequality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higherthan that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irinotecan combined withcisplatin has a significant effect in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer,and can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
