摘要
啤酒糟是啤酒工业中富含营养成分的废弃物,通过恰当的处理与提取可使之得到充分利用,同时达到减少浪费与减轻环境污染的目的。本文对不同铺装厚度的新鲜啤酒糟在鼓风干燥过程中的水分蒸发规律进行了研究,同时对干燥后不同水分含量啤酒糟粉碎筛分后的主要营养物质含量变化规律进行研究探索,为啤酒糟的开发再利用提供参考。
Brewer’s grains are nutrient-rich waste from the beer industry.Through proper treatment and extraction,they can be fully utilized,and at the same time,the purpose of reducing waste and reducing environmental pollution can be achieved.In this paper,the water evaporation law of fresh brewer’s spent grains with different pavement thicknesses in the process of blast drying was studied.At the same time,the change law of main nutrient content after crushing and screening of brewer’s spent grains with different moisture content after drying was studied and explored to provide reference for the development and reuse of brewer’s spent grains.
