摘要
通过分析酒糟的营养价值及研究现状,对酒糟的综合利用进行了概述。以酒糟多菌种发酵提高蛋白转化率为主线,介绍了利用微生物发酵酒糟制取蛋白方面的研究进展,总结分析了不同菌种组合对酒糟生物饲料酶活力、常规营养成分、脂肪酸含量、氨基酸含量的影响等方面的研究成果,简述了酒糟资源的深层次利用问题。结果表明,加强酒糟综合利用技术的深入研究,有助于环境保护和可持续发展,可以弥补我国蛋白饲料的短缺,创造更大的经济价值和社会效益。
By analyzing the nutritional value and the research status of distiller's grains,the utilization of distillers grains are summarized. Multi- strain fermentation distiller's grains to increase protein conversion is the main line of research progress by microbial fermentation distiller's grains protein preparation areas. This paper summarizes and analyzed the influence of the different combination of bacterial species on the protein distiller's grains enzyme activity, convention nutrients, fatty acid content, amino acid content and expounds the deep utilization problem of distiller's grains resources. The results show that strengthening the in- depth study distiller's grains utilization technology,contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development on, can not only make up our lack of high- protein feed, but also produce evident economic benefits and generate invaluable social benefits.
