摘要
以某合成氨、尿素生产装置安全仪表系统的sIL评估为背景,介绍了煤气化装置中sIF回路sIL可靠性验算/验证工作,详细叙述了SIL验算方法及企业取值建议,描述了验算工作流程,对验算结果进行案例展示,并对未通过验算的SIL回路进行敏感性分析,制定最优改进措施。针对在役装置,要对各个SIF回路的功能测试周期、测试方法与结果进行验证,以确保SIS在整个生命周期内符合完整性要求。
Based on the SIL evaluation of the safety instrumented system of a synthetic ammonia and urea production unit, the SIL reliability checking calculation/verification of SIF loop in coal gasification unit are introduced, the SIL checking calculation method, enterprise value suggestions and the checking workflow are described, the checking results are showed, the sensitivity of SIL loop that fails to pass the checking calculation is analyzed, and the optimal improvement measures are formulated. For in-service devices, the functional test cycle, test methods and results of each SIF loop shall be verified to ensure that SIS meets the integrity requirements in the whole life cycle.
