摘要
对同步压力机线同步原理和控制方式做初步分析。重点介绍压力机主驱动电机选型验算方法,通过机械传动参数及冲压过程工艺参数等验算得到合适的主驱动电机容量,为系统参数调试提供理论依据,提高主传动系统配置的合理性,以节约成本,为连续冲压传送料的安全可靠运行提供保证。
This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the synchronization principle and control method of the synchronous press. Mainly introduces the calculation method for main drive motor selection of the press, obtains the appropriate capacity of the main drive motor through calculation of mechanical transmission parameters and pressing process parameters, provides theoretical basis for adjustment of system parameters, and improves the rationality of the configuration of the main drive system, in order to save costs and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the material feeding of continuous pressing.
