农业社会化服务与农业生产效率关系探究——以甘肃省为例被引量：5

摘要本文以甘肃省为例探究农业社会化服务与农业生产效率之间的关系,利用熵值法评价了农业社会化服务的总体和分项服务水平,按照服务属性将农业社会化服务进行分项并进行发展水平评价,使用DEA模型测算甘肃省农业生产效率,进而对农业社会化服务分项发展水平得分与农业生产效率评价得分之间做灰色关联排序,分析了甘肃省农业社会化分项服务与农业生产效率的关系影响,得出产中技术指导与机械化服务和金融保险服务对农业生产率的关系度最强,产后加工、运输、销售服务和组织化与社会公共服务次之,产前农业生资提供服务最弱的分析结论。提出加大政府对农业社会化服务的建设投资力度,优化各地区资源配置,建立更完善的农业社会化服务体系,拓展农业社会化服务路径等政策建议。 Taking Gansu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship between agricultural socialized service and agricultural production efficiency,evaluates the overall and sub service level of agricultural socialized service by entropy method,divides agricultural socialized service into sub items according to service attributes and evaluates its development level,and calculates agricultural production efficiency of Gansu Province by DEA model,then,the grey relational ranking between the score of sub item development level of agricultural socialized services and the score of agricultural production efficiency evaluation is made,and the relationship between the sub item services of agricultural socialized services and agricultural production efficiency in Gansu Province is analyzed.It is concluded that the technical guidance,mechanized services and financial insurance services have the strongest relationship with agricultural productivity in production,and postpartum processing,transportation,logistics and other services have the strongest relationship with agricultural productivity sales service,organization and social public service take the second place,and prenatal agricultural production services are the weakest.Some policy suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the government’s investment in the construction of agricultural socialized services,optimizing the allocation of resources in various regions,establishing a more perfect agricultural socialized service system,and expanding the path of agricultural socialized services.
