摘要
用基于线性规划的Malmquist指数方法测算了中国农村改革以来农业全要素生产率(TFP)的变动趋势,并把TFP的增长构成分解为技术进步和生产效率变化两个部分。结果显示:改革开放以来中国农业TFP的增长主要是由技术进步推动的,生产效率的下降对TFP的增长造成了不利影响。据此提出了基本的解决途径。
A Malmquist index approach based on linear programming is used to measure the agricultural total factor productivity (TFP) since the rural reform in China. And the structure of TFP is decomposed into technology progress and productive efficiency. The results point out that the growth of agricultural TFP of our country is mainly promoted by the technology progress since the reform, the decline of productive efficiency has affected the growth of TFP adversely. At last, some countermeasures are put forward to resolve the problems.
