摘要
蒲公英为菊科蒲公英、碱地蒲公英或同属多年生本草的干燥全草,是一种常见的药食同源中药,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、调节免疫等药理作用。对金黄色葡萄球菌、单纯疱疹病毒等多种细菌病毒具有重要的抗菌抗病毒作用。鉴于蒲公英对临床上多种疾病有非常好的疗效,蒲公英抗菌抗病毒作用及其机制的研究业已成为中医药领域研究的热点。本文仅就近年来国内外对蒲公英抗菌抗病毒作用的研究现状及临床应用作一综述。
Dandelion is a taraxacum officinale of the Compositae family,taraxacum officinale,or a dry whole plant belonging to the same perennial herb.It is a common traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor,immune regulation and other pharmacological effects.It has an important antibacterial and antiviral effects on Staphylococcus aureus,herpes simplex virus and other bacterial viruses.Since dandelion has very good curative effect on a variety of clinical diseases,the research on the antibacterial and antiviral effect and its mechanism of dandelion has become a hot spot in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper reviews the research status of antibacterial and antiviral effect and clinical application of dandelion at home and abroad in recent years.
