摘要
黄连作为一味常见的中药,自古为医家所重用。文章概括本草中黄连的功效清热泻火、燥湿厚肠、解毒;分析《伤寒杂病论》中14个应用黄连方剂,认为黄连具有与苦寒药、辛宣药、补固药进行配伍的特点,且剂量和煎煮法皆随不同的主治而变化;后世医家认为黄连为清热泻火的主药,为治疗湿热痢疾的要药,以及治疗疮疡肿毒的良药,并以此分类列举黄连的古方应用,概括历代医家对黄连炮制方法的发挥。文章意从黄连的功效、配伍、剂量、用法四个方面,总结概括古代黄连的临床应用特点,以期对现代临床合理应用黄连提供临床指导和参考。
Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch),as a common traditional Chinese medicine,has been using since ancient times.This paper summarized the efficacy of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)to clear heat and purge fire,dry dampness and dredge intestine,and relieve toxin.Analysis of 14 prescriptions of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)in Shanghan Zabing Lun shows that Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)has the characteristics of compatibility with bitter-cold drugs,pungent-dispersing drugs and tonic drugs,and the dosage and decoction method vary with different indications.Later physicians considered Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)as the main drug for clearing heat and purging fire,the essential medicine for the treatment of dysentery due to dampness and heat,and the good medicine for swelling sores.On this basis,the ancient application of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)was classified and enumerated,and the development of the processing methods of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)by physicians in past dynasties was summarized.This paper summarized the clinical application characteristics of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)from its efficacy,compatibility,dosage and usage in order to provide clinical guidance and reference for the rational application of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis Franch)in modern clinical practice.
