摘要
探究复方蒲公英的最佳水提工艺。在单因子试验的基础上用正交试验设计考察水提过程中的溶剂用量、提取温度、提取次数和提取时间对复方培养提取物中总黄酮含量和浸膏得率的影响。结果显示,当溶剂用量为11倍、提取温度为80℃、提取次数为2次、提取时间为80 min时,复方蒲公英的总黄酮含量和浸膏得率最高,分别为23.23 mg/mL和26.72%。提示该工艺参数为复方蒲公英的最佳水提工艺参数。
To explore the best water extraction process of complex Taraxaci herba,continued with single-factor tests,orthogonal test design was conducted to investigate the effect of the amount of solvent,extraction temperature,times of extraction and the extraction time on the content of total flavonoids together with the extract rate of complex Taraxaci herba.The results showed that under the process parameters of 11 times water,2 times extraction at 80℃,80 minutes each time,the content of total flavonoids and the extract rate were the highest up to 23.23 mg·m L-1 and 26.72%respectively.It prompted that the above process parameters were the best water extraction ones of complex Taraxaci herba.
