白背叶楤木各部位挥发油成分及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究白背叶楤木(Aralia chinensis Linn.var.nuda Nakai)根、茎、叶部位的挥发油成分组成及抗氧化活性,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白背叶楤木3个部位挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对各部位挥发油的化学成分进行分析和鉴定,并以DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力为指标评价各部位挥发油的抗氧化作用。结果显示白背叶楤木各部位挥发油成分及含量存在较大差异,从三个部位挥发油共鉴出化学成分123种,根鉴出49种,醇类占比最大(24.33%);茎鉴出39种,有机酸类物质占比最大(33.82%);叶鉴出73种,醇类占比最大(44.64%)。抗氧化实验中,根部挥发油表现出较好的抗氧化活性,清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的IC_(50)分别为4.97、2.90mg/mL,茎挥发油和叶挥发油抗氧化活性较弱。 In order to investigate the chemical components and antioxidant activity of essential oil from the roots,stems and leaves of Aralia chinensis Linn.var.nuda Nakai,the essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and the chemical constituents in three parts were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The antioxidant effect of essential oil was evaluated by scavenging capacities against DPPH and ABTS free radicals.Results demonstrated that differences in the compositions and contents of essential oil in different parts of A.chinensis var.nuda were significant.123 chemical compounds were identified from essential oil in three parts of A.chinensis var.nuda,48 compounds were identified in roots,among which alcohols accounted for the largest proportion(24.33%);39 compounds were identified in stems,which major compounds were organic acids(33.82%),and 73 compounds in leaves,alcohols were main components(44.64%).In antioxidant experiments,the essential oil from the roots showed significant antioxidant activity with IC_(50) of 4.97mg/mL to DPPH and 2.90mg/mL to ABTS,the stems and leaves essential oil showed weaker antioxidant activity.
