摘要
目的 分析TCT、HPV基因分型与DNA定量检测的宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查方法.方法 此次研究中的观察对象均选自在博罗县人民医院接受治疗的宫颈癌及癌前病变患者,时间为2019年4月-2020年2月期间,共129例,取上述患者宫颈脱落细胞分别开展液基薄层细胞检测(TCT)、HPV基因分型以及DNA定量检测,将病理活检作为诊断标准,分析上述检查方法的特异度与灵敏度,比较不同检查方法联用的灵敏度、特异度情况.结果 TCT的灵敏度为75.93%、特异度为73.33%,DNA定量检测灵敏度为64.81%、特异度为81.33%,HPV基因分型检测的灵敏度与特异度分别为61.11%与84.00%;DNA定量检测联合HPV基因分型检测的灵敏度最高,P<0.05,各种检测方案的特异度相比较,P>0.05.结论 DNA定量检测联合HPV基因分型检测具有较高的灵敏度,联合检测有利于促进筛查结果准确性的提升.
Objective To analyze the screening methods of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions by TCT,HPV genotyping and DNA quantitative detection.Methods 129 cases of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were selected for this study.The cervical exfoliated cells of the above patients were taken for liquid-based thin-layer cell test(TCT),HPV genotyping and DNA quantitative detection respectively.Pathological biopsy was used as the diagnostic criteria,and the above examination methods were analyzed.Specificity and sensitivity,compare the sensitivity and specificity of different test methods.Results The sensitivity and specificity of TCT was 75.93%,specificity was 73.33%,DNA quantitative detection sensitivity was 64.81%,specificity was 81.33%,and HPV genotyping detection sensitivity and specificity were 61.11% and 84.00%,respectively;DNA quantitative detection combined with HPV genotyping detection had the highest sensitivity,P<0.05,compared with the specificity of various detection schemes,P>0.05.Conclusion DNA quantitative detection combined with HPV genotyping detection has high sensitivity,and combined detection is conducive to promoting the accuracy of screening results.
