摘要
目的探究在宫颈病变的筛查当中,为了提高检查的准确性,采用液基薄层细胞学技术(TCT)和阴道镜检查的应用价值。方法本研究共247例研究对象,均为我院进行宫颈病变筛查的患者,对所有患者分别进行TCT、阴道镜以及两种检查方式联合检查,以病理检查结果为标准。所有患者均选自2016年1月至2019年12月。对检查结果进行分析。结果在病理检查当中,阳性例数为151例,阴性例数为96例。TCT检查准确率为84.21%;阴道镜检查准确率为81.38%;TCT联合阴道镜检查准确率为94.74%,TCT联合阴道镜的检查准确率明显高于单独使用TCT检查或者阴道镜检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);TCT检查准确率和阴道镜检查准确率比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈病变的筛查当中,为了提高检查的准确性,采用TCT和阴道镜检查具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of liquid based thin layer cytology(TCT)and colposcopy in the screening of cervical lesions.Methods In this study,247 patients were screened for cervical lesions in our hospital.All patients were examined by TCT,colposcopy and the combination of the two methods.The results of pathological examination were taken as the standard.All patients were selected from January 2016 to December 2019.Analyze the inspection results.Results In pathological examination,151 cases were positive and 96 cases were negative.The accuracy of TCT was 84.21%;the accuracy of colposcopy was 81.38%;the accuracy of TCT combined with colposcopy was 94.74%.The accuracy of TCT combined with colposcopy was significantly higher than that of TCT alone or colposcopy alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the accuracy of TCT and colposcopy was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the accuracy of cervical lesions screening,TCT and colposcopy have high application value and are worth popularizing.
