摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在宫腔镜围手术期中的应用效果。方法本研究选择的研究对象为2018年1月至2020年6月在我院进行检查治疗的宫腔镜手术患者180例。将患者随机分成两组,每组90例。观察组采取优质护理服务措施;对照组采取常规护理措施。具有严重的呼吸系统、循环系统、神经系统、内分泌系统疾病的患者不在本研究范围之内。观察两组患者术后焦虑、术后疼痛发生率,观察患者子宫穿孔、出血、空气栓塞等并发症发生率。观察两组患者的护理满意度和住院时间。结果观察组发生术后焦虑2例,术后疼痛4例,出血2例,无子宫穿孔和空气栓塞发生;对照发生术后焦虑6例,术后疼痛12例,出血5例,空气栓塞1例;两组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.43%,远高于对照组的88.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论在实施优质护理服务后,宫腔镜手术患者术后舒适感更好,并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更高,住院时间更短。
Objective To discuss the application effect of high-quality nursing service during perioperative hysteroscopy.Methods The research object selected in this study was 180 patients undergoing hysteroscopy surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,90 patients in each group.The observation group adopts high-quality nursing service measures;the control group adopts conventional nursing measures.Patients with severe respiratory system,circulatory system,nervous system,endocrine system diseases are not within the scope of this study.Observe the incidence of postoperative anxiety and postoperative pain in the two groups of patients,and observe the incidence of complications such as uterine perforation,bleeding,and air embolism.Observe the nursing satisfaction and hospital stay of the two groups of patients.Results There were 2 cases of postoperative anxiety,4 cases of postoperative pain,2 cases of bleeding,and no uterine perforation and air embolism in the observation group;6 cases of postoperative anxiety,12 cases of postoperative pain,5 cases of bleeding,and 1 case of air embolism occurred in the control group.The difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.43%,which was also much higher than 88.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the patients was shorter than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of high-quality nursing services,patients feel better after surgery,the incidence of complications is reduced,nursing satisfaction is improved,hospitalization time is shortened,and hospitalization costs is lower.
