摘要
目的:分析产后出血预警评估体系加预处理用于产后出血的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年9月台山市人民医院收治的孕37~42周拟行自然分娩的400例产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(结合病情依据诊疗常规开展相应处理)和干预组(产后出血预警评估体系加预处理),各200例,比较两组产后出血发生率、产后出血量;严重并发症发生率、产后出血所致子宫切除率及死亡率情况。结果:干预组的产后出血发生率为3.00%,低于对照组的5.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组产后2 h及24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组严重并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组子宫切除、死亡比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产后出血预警评估体系加预处理能有效减少产后出血发生率和产后出血量,降低产后出血所致的严重并发症,且无子宫切除,值得推广应用到临床。
Objective:To study the forewarning evaluation system and pretreatment for postpartum hemorrhage.Method:A total of 400 expectant mother(37-42 gestational weeks)of planning the spontaneous labor from March 2020 to September 2021 in Taishan People’s Hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,they were divided into control group(n=200,routine treatment based on the actual conditions)and intervention group(n=200,pretreatment based on forewarning evaluation system).The proportion and amount of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.The proportion of serious complications,hysterectomy rate and mortality rate caused by postpartum hemorrhage.Result:The postpartum hemorrhage ratio in intervention group(3.00%)was lower than control group(5.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 2-hour and 24-hour postpartum bleeding volume in intervention group were lower than control group(P<0.05);the proportion of serious complications in the intervention group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significance in the proportion of death and uterine resection between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The forewarning evaluation system and pretreatment for postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the postpartum hemorrhage ratios and bleeding volume,serious complications,and has no uterine resection ratios.It is worthy of promotion and application.
