摘要
目的探讨手术室综合护理在输尿管软镜碎石术患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年11月—2021年5月我院收治的82例输尿管软镜碎石术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用手术室综合护理,均干预至患者出院.对比两组术后恢复情况、心理状态、生理应激反应及术后并发症发生率.结果观察组术后首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间分别为(22.34±1.98)h、(16.78±2.16)h、(5.38±0.95)d,均短于对照组的(28.62±2.17)h、(24.39±3.07)h、(6.74±1.20)d,术后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素的水平及并发症发生率分别为(43.16±2.74)分、(45.67±3.10)分、(144.37±12.18)ng/mL、(220.03±16.01)pmol/L、(0.26±0.07)ng/mL、4.88%,均低于对照组的(47.21±3.05)分、(51.96±2.83)分、(165.46±14.35)ng/mL、(247.88±19.54)pmol/L、(0.37±0.09)ng/mL、21.95%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论手术室综合护理可以有效改善输尿管软镜碎石术患者的不良情绪,减轻其生理应激反应,降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后机体功能恢复,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in operating room in patients with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 82 patients with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care in operating room,and both were intervened until the patients were discharged.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,physiological stress response and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time to first exhaust after operation,time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were(22.34±1.98)h,(16.78±2.16)h,(5.38±0.95)d,respectively,which were shorter than(28.62±2.17)h,(24.39±3.07)h,(6.74±1.20)d of the control group,Postoperative self-rating anxiety scale,selfrating depression scale,cortisol,epinephrine,norepinephrine levels and complication rates were(43.16±2.74)points,(45.67±3.10)points,(144.37±12.18)ng/mL,(220.03±16.01)pmol/L,(0.26±0.07)ng/mL,4.88%,respectively,which were lower than(47.21±3.05)points,(51.96±2.83)points,(165.46±14.35)ng/mL,(247.88±19.54)pmol/L,(0.37±0.09)ng/mL,21.95%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the operating room can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,reduce their physiological stress response,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of body functions after surgery,and has high clinical application value.
