摘要
以城市轨道交通运营管理专业的校企合作为依托,阐述实践教学中出现的弊端和缺陷,提出实践教学改革思路。以实践教学体系作为落脚点,探究剖析职业技能体系,提出校企协同的“三衔接”课内教学体系,校企资源共享的实践教学方法,以及注重职业、技能、教学标准对接的调整形式。
Based on the school-enterprise cooperation of urban rail transit operation management specialty,this paper expounds the shortcomings and defects in practical teaching,and puts forward the reform ideas of practical teaching. Taking the practical teaching system as the base,this paper explores and analyzes the vocational skill system,proposes the teaching system of“three-connections”in the course of school-enterprise cooperation,the practical teaching method of school-enterprise resource sharing,and the adjustment form of focusing on the connection of occupation,skill and teaching standard.
